From the Rose stamp freebie, I picked the four roses from the lady's dress and head accessory as the design for the pattern paper. To do this, a little know-how on digital techniques will be useful. You can use Adobe Photoshop or other similar application. I copied the roses repeatedly until I filled up one sheet of paper. I printed it on a cream board paper for a colored background. I then colored each roses and leaves with Promarker pens. Here's the finished pattern paper:
I also put some glitter glue on the roses for a bit of sparkle.
I paper-pieced the dress of the Rose stamp, colored the rest of the image and cut. I then die-cut 2 pieces of petite scalloped oval frames from Spellbinders and glued the image. For embellishments, I paper-punched 3 green flowers and used them as leaves for the mini fabric roses.
The sentiment is a freebie from TlcCreations. I glued a pink crystal gem on the letter o to emphasize the word "crown". Here's my finished card:
